Hi,
use Vigys tool or make solution gived by Brka:
-download from http://rapidshare.com/files/15218154/TURKGSMTEAM-A38.rar.html and decompress archive.
-flash and write PPF files, unlock ....
when it says PHONE LOCKED ....
- go to UNLOCK part .... select database, do UNLOCK
- password is 12345678 ... repeat many times,
phone will display at some point PHONE LOCKED
- write PPF file again, do RESET TO DEFAULTS
all of that you already knew more or less ...
now .... with powered on phone, and simcard inside,
while displayed PHONE LOCKED ....
left the phone powered for approx 30 minutes.
at that point it will ask for NETWORK LOCK CODE again,
just enter 12345678 and it will be UNLOCKED finally.
BTW: Siemens A38 is "NON Siemens Brand (ODM Phones)" , not S-Gold...
