Phoenix or SIM-Master

I wan´t to buy a sim card reader but i have some questions to do:

- What are the diferences between SIM-Master and a Phoenix TE-21 interface?

- SimScan works with what interface? Phoenix, Sim-Master or both?

- What is the speed of SIM-Master resonator?

- Can Phonenix program SIMCARD8/4 pre-programmed cards?

- Is there any software that can edit phone book, sms, etc with phoenix interface? the only software i found is a program that cames with SIM-Master, but it does´t work with phoenix (or works?)

I'm lazy. My suggestion is buy SIM Master and 8-in-1 SIM Card
