try this.

If you cannot run program to hard reset form "Expert" folder. Turn off your phone, then press both soft keys next to D-Pad and power on device. After moment release both soft keys. On the black screen asking for confirmation press "green phone" button and wait couple minutes for phone to initialize

where does the d pad sits
press and hold both left and right top keys
and press and hold power on.

wait few sec like 5 to 10 sec

it will show you black screen and ask you to press calling button green key to confirm that you want to format your handset.
now you can remove all holding keys

now press green key calling button and format will be done.
phone will be restarted if not do reset once.

now test phone.

iv used dis method 2 hard reset 2 s710, the lock code is removed but both phones hav no signal

it can remove user code but if phone ask for sim lock password that's not possible with this trick.
