W810 not power on only IRDA led appears

Hi, i have W810 that when we try to power on it make light in irda, but not power on, it seems that the battery is empty, but it is full charged, i also try with external power charge

same result

i think that the charger is remouved suddenly wail the phone was charging

hope you give me solution for that problem
