When i'm trying to unlock Z360 , phone reboot and i got the following error message :
Looking for phone...
Phone detected. Mode: Qualcomm
Connecting to server...
Error: CMD: DBlck READ#1
any help

Check model please maybe is "Z360 New" if this is your model & your selction was "Z360" then change it & chose "Read Code" !!

yes is correct. Go to menu and check there in any connection submenu, maybe that phone have 2 connection modes like transmission and memory card, if exist then set to transmission or similar.
second thing is full eep reset by code: *2767*3855#

u need to unlock z360 just reflash with the firmware and try to unlock
