need k700 keypad ic to processor jumper solution

i have a k700 with 3,6,9 & # problem.
i checked and changed keypad ic
i checked track from keyboard to keypa ic
but the result still the same.
i suspect the problem is in between keypad ic to processor.
anybody have the solution for this fault?
