DreamBox old Edition and Test Point Cable

Mostly Resaler have old Dreambox. and new edition is not available at the moment. Resaler have old edition and also don't have testpoint cable.

so its possible can we made testpoint cable ourself.
if yes so please upload Digram and inform necessary things.
