@Support, really need help

Sent e-mail about month ago to support email with request to convert flash file from VK570 witch not show letters in menu and all flash files in support not helping. I really have problem with customer and can't find that phone to buy at moment. Please write email where to send readed backup (2 files) for conversion to revive that ***x phone as it need'ed asap. Thanks!

Today I have recived from you the same mail as month back. Should I send you VK530AIE_NH3.36R_En_It_Fr_Es_De_Pt_Sw.23M.bin to your e-mail or you can try to download it from support area ?
