w810 mic + speaker + loud speaker problem

problem : speaker no sound , no ringing , mic can't use

this happens after customer drop his handphone...
he did bring to repair at other shop...but failed to repair
i try to change speaker and mic ..and still not working...
what should i do next?
didn't try to flash the phone yet...since i got no flashing device

first try to check if there is the headset sign on the screen.coz such problems are coused by headset.try to clean bottom part of pcb and post results.
