bleu 145x showing "bleu" on the screen

Sir,
I have a bleu 145x.When it gets on, it shows the massege "bleu" on the screen and nothing happens next.Plz help me in repeairing this phone.
I read the eprom selecting model 151x,which is attached here.

Please, read FULL flash but not eeprom, because it may be big difference in these models.
