dongle firmware damage

pls infinity team come to my rescue, i was flasxhing one chinneese phone suddenly the box stop working and henceforth its saying dongle firmware damage i try to update i got same problem. pls this box is just 4weeks old i havent got my money back, i heard infinity has the best support thats why i go for it pls help me i never share or use usb share program i dont even know wat it is. plssssss help me out dont let me looose my moni like this. my serial no. is
