SIM MASTER and SILVER CARD

Can I program a silver card with SIM MASTER (to insert the SIMEMU) or I have to buy a normal PIC/EEPROM programmer?

Maybe the question is stupid, but I'm a newbie in this sector.

To program the Flash of SIM-EMU, you must use a TE20 pic programmer.

The SIM-MASTER only can be used to extract Ki from originals and perhaps to program the external EEPROM of SIM-EMU.

Also, the management of the phonebook and SMS's is possible with SIM-MASTER.
