Activate european lang on t 29

Hi
Anyone can help me how can i activate european lang. on a ericsson t 29s
I tried with A 2618 T20 T29 SERVICE SOFTWARE 2.00
but it say erase error at 0x00000
I read a full flash and flash it but still no european language.
Anyone have a answer to this.
