***FEDEX Express bad service***

Hi,
For forumers specially West Africa, Fedex is not a good service. Better you choose DHL, UPS or TNT expensive but know the continent better than fedex.

My package supposed to be in Africa now is in America. Even after several calls, always you wil talk with a new person without any reference of your problem means you have to explain again and again your problem with international call cost (they will ask you hold and keep you like this almost 10 minutes :mad:).

For our experience, Fedex to USA. supper fast and safe. But to Europe is slow. To Africa is very very slow. never recommend.

DHL to Europe is Faster than Fedex. Also recommend use DHL to Africa, very fast.

About TNT, since we lost one package 2 years ago, we didn't use it till now.

DHL is our first chooice to all over the world,but UPS and Fedex to USA erea is good too.

For me Fedex is the BEST.

We are in UK. In my view Fedex is the only reliable company left to send
a package. DHL specially here are complete joke, they can't even afford
to have permanently employed drivers, so they have to rely on some
random 'white van man' type of guys for their deliveries, that have no
concept of saying the difference between Road/Avenue or using a door bell.

UPS, no point to even comment on on them.

BRtotally agree with you, here in UK Fedex is better for me. DHL charged me tax on goods received from Furious team and even charge me tax on delivery charge even though Furious offered free delivery. Then adding their £10 service charge (for collecting duty) on top made it very expensive item. I know use anyone rather than DHL
