unable to activate box for sony erisson

Hi dream team
i am unable to activate my box sony erisson
i put the activation key and after some time waiting i try to update box i got this earror
-- Updating Box Firmware------------------------------------------------------
Connecting to server ...
Trying to get firmware ...
Warning : Update not found.
Server response: Your box is locked!.
Done.
plz solve my problem and fix the server
coz i read in the manual that i can update box after one hour
but still i cant

untill my box unlock
but stil i am getting this message on update
