I have saw on this forum that someone have a new configuration for simemu4.10 with 14 or 18 characters instead of 12 (I don't remember) for the name of the line that use in that moment.
If possibile to have this file for modify simemu ?

I have changed the adresses for the characters long 18 and 20 SMS and 219 ADN.
The little problem is that on voice of the simemu's menu, that I learn in Information SMS/ADN 20/|80 !!!!!, I don't learn SMS/ADN 20/219, what is possible ???

Yes, it is possible to increase the SPN until 16 chars, but I don't know any phone model capable to display more than 12 chars.
Do you know anyone ? Which is your phone ?

I have a poor telephone, its cost new, was 35 euro in janury, it's R320s, but it work with your simemu very very well, it's a FERRARI........, so, I see on my display that is perhaps possibile again two characters, what you think of this ?

I don't know, I could not try this model. My T10 only shows 10 chars.

My ericssono R320s on display shows 12 characters for SPN.
As I have told you, I think that is possible to increase again with two characters, from 12 to 14.
Can you say me the addresses cange for this, if is possible for you ?

No with this version, but as I said you, I'll try to increase this field for the next version.
Only you can investigate how many chars displays your phone. For this, edit FL_ENG with ICProg in the following postition:
0D36 where says 2122 you must put 0000.
Write the flash.
Then, edit the EP also with ICProg in the following position:
0469 to 0478 fill with 41 42 43 44 45 46 47 48 49 4a 4b 4c 4d 4f 50 51
Write the EEPROM.
Now from menu of SIM-EMU put the phone number 123456789012.
If you see the SPN with letters at the final, then your phone support more than 12 chars, p.e., if it shows 123456789012mn, then supports 14 chars, if it shows 123456789012mnop, supports 16 chars and if it shows 123456789012, only supports 12 chars.
After this test, write the original hex again and tell me the results.

These are the results of the test:
1) R320s, on display is possible learn to SPN 16 chars;
2) 8900, 12 chars;
3) 3330, 12 chars;
4) C35, 16 chars.
The results are good for me, I have changed the language at my R320s in Turkish, so I learn on display when the phone is in search of the provider and its don't find it, Sos calls only, but in turkish is: Sadece Acil Cagri, 17 chars on "only line of the display" !!!!
I resume, the R320 has 16 chars for SPN.
I have used the last 3 chars with inizials my name XXX(12SPN+1spazio+3XXX, tot. 16 chars), and I learn on display always this for every providers !!!!
