I DOLOAD NEW SOFTWARE 3.0 AND UPDATE FIRMWARE AFTER THAT SIEMENS MOBILE GIVE ERR BELOW

Which version of DBSS you used?
If you used v3.1.2 - try to set speed in "Options" to "Safe Mode".
