can any one explan step by step how to repair alcatel be4 dead

if you dont have backup - flash it with some good flash,
use BE4 Loto repair software
if that soft does not connect to your mobile phone - then
use ALcatel BE4 service Tools by MARTECH connect , under flash
select Standart address : 4000 - 5FFF - that is eeprom area,
and use the eeproms from Loto repair and upload them one by one - until your phone is OK ...

use Alcatel BE4 Service Tools 1.9 by Martech , after connect to mobile , select Flash > click Standard Address - 004000 - 005FFF > Write Flash Area
