W200 Problem

I do it step 1 with tp first all ok and after that no recongize the phone

Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 357274-01-148553-9
OTP CID = 51
Error : Failed.

And with setool this is the log

Open COM port OK
ChipID:8040,EMP protocol:0301
NEW SECURITY MODEL DETECTED
PHONE IS BLACK (00000000)
NO VALID FLASH CID DETECTED (103)
skipping empty loader...
Can't load ID loader !
Elapsed: 1 secs.

And always when try to make step 2 is finisshed with no sucess

Problem Resolved

My problem was caused by bad cable connectioni just made another cable and problem is solved.
