after step 1 succes
stops in step2
and now get this error wenn i connect phone on 96%
--- Security Bypass------------------------------------------------------------
User selected phone W200 using Test Point boot mode
Stage 1 started
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
NOR Flash ID = 897E
OTP Status = LOCKED
OTP IMEI = 357355-01-844063-3
OTP CID = 51
Error : Failed.
need urgently advice

Sorry, but I don't understand you good. You said that step 1 succes , but in your log is:
Stage 1 started
..................
Error : Failed.
Please, send to us (techaid@dreambox.hk) all logs from DBSS, because it's hard to help you, when we don't know all details. The logs are in Program Files->DreamBox files dbsserr.log and dbss.log. Also there can be flies dbsserr1.log, dbsserr2.log... and dbss1.log, dbss2.log... Don't forget to write your forum's name and problem description in the letter.

Check that when you did TP and/or remove glue, you did not short circuit two pins of the IC.
If you did short two pins, then scratch the shorted pin a little to remove short circuit

befor show me connect testpoints it stop on 96%.

hi m8s.
i got w200 for unlocking.as soon i connected i got some error that i did not saved.
now the phone is dead and i get this error.
i tryed to flash with setool too but i get error.

Please send ALL log files from DBSS with your forum's name and problem description to techaid@dreambox.hk (Program Files->DreamBox -> files like dbss.log, dbsserr.log and so on).

Please, try to reorganize GDFS (copy phone book from SIM to phone, reset phone settings etc.)
After that try to do Stage 1 again.
this messege i got from the support.
can u plz tell me how to do this.cuz my set is dead and i get error for all the operations.

Our solution works with the W200, which have the GDFS correct structure and configuration.
If DBSS does not work with the phone - try to reorganize gdfs (phone must be alive) - try to change your phone settings (reset settings/change theme/add-delete contacts in phone book).
If that does not help - nothing can be done.
We know about this problem and working on it.
PS: please, post your problems in different threads.
