problem with pinout finder

i made every thing in manule to actvaite the pin finder and all is well but my problem is when i got this point

searching adapter at COM10...
adapter found, version: 2000
Serial No: ***************
pins: 10
power cycles: 1
activation cycles: 10
power control: via adapter
power-off delay: 20
start Rx/Tx: 1/1
Loading configuration...
Initializing...Press and HOLD phone Power button now !


phone can`t power on or do any thing to detecte the pinout


i` made all connection that can need it to power on the phone without sucsses..


any idea

hello!

it should not power power On in this place.
you just push button and keep it pressed while software try to detect pinout.
you will see changing numbers in TX/RX window- this means that program is working.
all this time power button must remain pressed.
