I flash the Bluetooth A5 Model but phone can't on

I have receive the A5 model. And i flash the phone with Infinity box.
But unfortunetely phone is still dead.

and for u r information it is completely dead when i receive.
after that i download the flash file from support area and simoly load the firmware and try to flash the phone.

dead phone original version can be readed in boot mode by infinity program,
pushing "read detailed information"
without knowing original software version there is no way to reapir phone.
only try one by one each flash file from support

This file and after complete flashing i try to on the phone but phone can't on but . . . .
Unfortunetely keypad light is on but on screen only black display.

Any suggestion about that . . . .

this set repairing is possible only if you will write EXACTLY smae version as before.
As long as we dont know Original version-
best way is to find same phone on your local market and use dump readed from it for cloning to faulty phone.

these key are complete dead.

i will check my files collection today and prepair flash file with EEPROM area.

I will wait some OR this is hardware problem . . . ?
Also i confirm from my customer and he said me that before dead phone is working perfect.
But when i remove battry and again insert the battry . . And try to on the phone this problem occured.

So infinity team what is u r suggestion.

it could be software problem.
can you get similar working phone and read out full backup?
you can try to restore your phone by writing this backup.

Maybe some forum member can send us full backup of working phone with version

This model's pinout is very easy
Just remove the IMEI sticker (Under the battry)
and u will find it on the board Rx - Tx & Gnd point.


And also i try u say that i read the full backup of another A5 phone and write this version to this phone . . . .

Unfortunetely problem still same.
