ZTC zt 8380 connection problem

I thank you all.I have one ztc zt 8380 ;the pînout is on the pcb as GND ;tx;rx;poweron/off;vbat.I the GND the TX and rx as you use to do but the isn't connecting plz help resolve this.

connect box Tx to phone Rx,
box Rx to phone Tx and then you will get connection

on the pcb i can see r2000 main

please check once again.

box pin 2 goes to phone RX
box pin 3 goes to phone TX
box pin 8 goes to any grounded phone part
