when i try to conect w200 its give this messege

User selected phone W200 using Normal boot mode
1) Turn OFF the phone.
2) Connect the phone to DreamBox cable.
Boot Responce = 5A
Processor ID = 8040030101010101 (DB2012 R3A)
Error : Failed.
plz tell how can i solve this problem

if u r phone is dead and GDFS strucuter is Demage then
Conect phone using Tespoint Boot Mode:
Security By pass Methode is required.

please advise.....I was succesful with my first w200 but the next 2 always fails at stage 2 what could be wrong?

Probably you contact wrong test point. Please, check it. Stage 1 and Stage 2 have different testpoints!

yes thank you but i am awareof this......27 & 37 thats why i got the first one successfully done but the next 2 give the same result......i have tried about 10 times now...............do u think the cable might hae something to do with it.....ie does each test point use different pins on the rj45?

I solved the problem folks the secret is to press down hard enough during test point 2 to penetrate the film on pin 37 and voila you r home dry......all my phones r now unlocked well done to dream team and thx to all who tried to help me........sorry if i was a pain.
