M610 unlock, use E210 cable and select X550,
remember only use the RJ45 not plug the USB part of the Combo cable for making this model,

Yes! I did everything as you say, but with X550 not have connected phone, with E250 phone is connected, but can not pass security MSL. This is bug!!!
I have tested 5 phones, always same thing!
What is it?

how to unlock, please post screen shot our other info about this, then we able to solved your problem
1. Run Sam2G_EU
2. Selecte X550
3. Cable E210 but only RJ45
4. Conecte cable, phone power by on is alone
Bypassing MSL security... (Press PWR ON on phone)
ERROR - Can't connect to phone!

possible reasons:
your phone ON, you are try to unlock
your cable is not good (check cable)
your phone jack is not good (check phone Jack)
remove cable from phone, after press job(unlock)
then connect cable and press power button from phone,

try to full eeprom reset and then try maybe help, *2767*3855#
I had alot of similar problem, the solution was always the comp port, try to change the com port before any other thing, if not working post screen sh to the supporter and he will solve the problem.

yes eu box dont work with m610 but do this without sim #*7337# it work very good
possible reasons:

I try like you say selecting X550 and using just E210 RJ45 cable but phone is not detected at all, while if I select J700 phone is first detected but then says Remove battery bla bla and I do like program says, and phone goes into TAT mode and then fails...
can you post here how you try to unlock?
