Help to unlock BenQ S670c

Help to unlock BenQ S670c,I installed my furious at the com 1,
I connect the cable to box and to telephone,Open software BenQ2.exe select the model and the port, then I click on unlock appears in the software.

MODEL: S670
UNLOCKING...
PRESS RED BUTTON NOW !
I press the button ignition few seconds but never do anything

i need the same help for benq S82, when i conect the usb i get error for instal the drivers

Instructions:
Press unlock and insert battery and powered on. thats all.
try to 2-3 times i hope solved your's Problem,

You can use original usb cable, for Drivers go to support area and Download now
