I use the client software, I press the Check account
but I can not conect to server, what is going on? my internet connection is ok.

check firewall settings, it block connection to server. It is application so it will be automaticly blocked by system. U can disable firewall for time when U use KK or add new rule in firewall to allow KK software to work.
