can't unlock samsung 2g

hello,

i need some help. i can't unlock samsung 2g at all with my eubox. I tried everything possible. the reader process stops at "****yzing phone... (this can take a couple of seconds)". After this message, it asks me to initiate tat mode again and again until i received the following message "error msl auth".
I have not unlocked one single 2g samsung. Tried different cable, different port com, different computer.
