i use s100 samsung cable modified and it works.
Your pinout is wrong ,
You must use pin 2 and 3 "REd and White Wires "on RJ45 Socket , not 3 ans 4 .

For me I use Smti cable Sagem 411.
here the way:
put cable 411 to phone and to TP adaptor then in TP adaptor find RX,TX,GND and you must soldering anther cable to FG
Tested by me and works.
Don't open the phone it's dangerous

Cable for V226,my150,my220x - work 100%!!!! Tested many times!!!!
1.Open SAGEM INFINEON MODULE
2.Choose COM PORT
3.Choose operation (UNLOCK READ/WRITE EEPROM/FLASH)
4.Press UNLOCK button
5.Attach cable to phone
now confused. which one is correct?? 10-12 or 7-8????
