Dear i got k850i from UK and the phone is working on all UK network but ? i live in Macedonia and now is the problem when i insert sim card from T-mobile Macedonia its sey incorect simcard and now i canot use the phone what can bee the problem i see when i type the secrets key i see all is unlocked BUT only the ESL is locked is asking me for code when i try to enter code in the ESL , PLEASEEEE HELP ME TO FIX THE PHONE

T-Mobile lock their phone using ESL lock, and as ::MobilePoint:: said you cannot unlock with setool lite only setool box. Take it to a pro who has the hardware to unlock your phone because there is no free solution for unlocking
i think there must to be some code for ESL lock , i try here in Macedonia to some service but they sey there is no software realased for the phone , i got home cruiser pr2 ,is posible to unlock with Cruiser PRO2

maybe explain more like what happend when you tried to unlock and how you did.
it's easyer to complain to them if you have some information.
last week i try to unlock my k850i and i install all driver , new client everything what that person behind msn speak with me , he give to me instruction to press 1 the erase but after to press unlock and erasse was ok but unlock was problem, he ask me abut the phone i told him the phone is working on t-mobile uk , i press again the unlock but and he told me the internet connection is slow i sey ok i try today and i check my credits is gone no more credits , i ask whay is this happend and the person told me to buy more credits ???? i ask him why is credits gone and the phone is still locked but hi dont answer me .
