Did you try with EU COde reader??
just use samsung easy unlocker ( direct unlock) and all will be ok, you must choice z170 type.
phone unfreezed and unlocked

Please try to post your log file, the soft is working perfect and many users unlock there phones succesfully.

go in easy unlocker folder and you will see "Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker.exe"
launch it and choice Z170 type, select correct ports and start.
i don't have "Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker.exe" go support nd dl it, its version 1.5, now i use all time easy unlocker ( direct ) its faster and work good.

the latest version of "Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker.exe" is 1.22 not 1.5, and the latest version of "Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker Online Code Reader.exe" is 2.5 :)

its the same version to unlock J750 mate .. u should use that version
we talk about F490 its 3G phone, to unfreeze it you must use Samsung 3G Easy Unlocker.exe

yes.........you must use direct unlock 3g module and all is ok.......tested by me too without probleme.....without sim on the phone.

Screenshot is absolutly same as I copy-paste up.
Choise of Model is Z170.
Phone is FREEZE.

In a printscreen is posible to see the ports that you have selected, and in your information pasted no... then if you like to be helped you know... :rolleyes:

its possible to unlock it by samsung 3g direct unlock version 1.50.. its work fine and tested by me.

As I remember , 1-st port was COM258 - Samsung WCDMA modem
2-nd port was COM6 - EUBox USB to COM emulator.
All garbage in work office , I can print screen Monday.

Please clean a little your PC. You have a lot of virtual ports in your pc. For works better please work with a virtual port lower to 25. Anyway upload a printscreen for help you better.

yes, u r right. i had 2 pcs. with v1.50 works. i read the codes but "phone freeze". i can't type unfreeze code either

i have a f490 that is phone freeze and i do unlock and all is ok but still phone freeze read unlock codes with sam3g (v2.35) and
dont show the unfreeze code wath can i do?
