I'm trying to use Infinity at new computer and facing some problems:

Hello,
Be sure thatother Infinity-Box software are closed when you try to access support area.
Can you run any other Infinity-Box software ?
I believe that I can't run programs as this software is protected with smart card...

Do you have Infinity-Box ?
I have just Smart Card and when I'm trying to log in to support area in order to download Software and flash files, it gives me this strange error Dongle can't be found
Card with specified AID not found !
SmartCard API error #00000000
The operation completed successfully.
I've used this card before and everything was fine till now...

Hello,
As I can see from your log you don't have Infinity-Box smart-card connected.
Are you sure that you have used Infinity-Box smart-card before ?
What is your Infinity-Box S/N ?
Sorry, I've understood my problem:) Lol
My problem is that I have too many different boxes;)

Hello,
Yes, I agree. No boxes = no problems, many boxes = many problems.
I've just inserted usb-smart cart from se-tool into Infinity dongle as I have two cards and only one dongle:)
This was my mistake, thanks for good support.
