error:can't run browser ; probably deafult browser not set in system!
link for support area access copied to clipboard
you can run browser manually and paste link there

1. double click on "Internet Explorer" icon on your PC Desktop
2. move your mouse to Internet Explorer address bar
3. press left mouse button in Internet Explorer address bar
4. press and hol "Ctrl" key on your keyboard and press "V" button on your keyboard
5. now you have link in your Internet Explorer
6. press "Enter" key on your keyboard
now you are in support area

please, next time try to think little bit by yourself before ask questions and at least try to read and understand instructions given by software !
