samsung j400 codes reading?

Hello. I have porblem with reading codes from samsung j400 I'm using Online code reader 2,50 and cable to e210 (only rj) and it is imposible to read code. Could someone help me ?

Here is log:
Connecting to phone... (Press Power ON for a short time)
ERROR - Can't connect to phone! [ERR#02]

please plug cable w/o battery to phone
click on read codes, and once soft start then plug battery all should work :-)
