whenever i run spv-developers services i get this error after i enter AGREE and click onto login

SPVServices MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

AppName: spvservices.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.1 ModName: spvservices.exe
ModVer: 1.0.0.1 Offset: 000026ce

can someone please tell me what is causing this error. is there a file missing???

when you start spv service software its show RAPI int success??

did you install cert.cab??

what do u want to do with this spv?

i want to unlock it. yes it says RAPI init successful and cert.cab is installed on phone.
