New Dongle... Upgrade notworking.

I could install all Software and the Dongle is working (even License-Files were downloaded).

Now I try Samsung F700 and it cant read Codes (Firewall is turned of too, but NO difference).

I think maybe Dongle-Upgrade is needed... but I get alwas this:

Connecting to server #1...
Connection TIMEOUT!

ERROR - Can't connect to server!

Check your internet connection or try again later...
