CECT T689 alway Charger connected/removed

Hello,
i have problem with CECT T689.
That phone is not connect to cable or charger and always show message "Charger connected" and "Charger removed"?
I dont know why is that?

I maked Format Complete and Safe.
Flash phone with Flash file with that model and version but the problem is the same.

Can you help me?
