can't read simlock data [Archive]

Hello, just bought and installed easyunlocker and when i tried to unlock,this is what i get as reply,

Revision: Z170BVGF1
IMEI: 354889011378245
Manufacturer: SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CORPORATION
Reading data from phone...
ERROR - Can't get simlock data from phone!

Pls, what do i do?:( Ockiya
