test points must work.
just coneect tx to RJ45 pin 3
rx to pin RJ45 pin 2
gnd to RJ45 pin8

I have tests the PINS under the keyboard that is marks RX TX GND To infinity. ..fone not boot more..............

I have tests a lot of times I have reverses the RX and tX... The fone not boot more

I am looking for days ago for its usb cable schematic but not success

is the phone working?
maybe the phone got a hardware problem!!
if you have tested these pinouts b4 [as i understod] and they were working correctly with another phone then you have to check your phone for hardware problems.
does both phones got the same CPU type?
you can see 2 phones with same model, same brand, but diffrent CPUs inside which makes big diffrence between 2 phones.

the problem that phone not connect same prob with 3 phone n82i with pinout under keypad and with external connector i have pin 13 is gnd

i cant help you remotely to find pinout.
if test points is not working- most common this phone is not MT62xx MCU based.
if it IS based- i can advice to search for pinout either by pinout finder or manualy by multimeter.
