BAD CONTACT CHARGER.....plsss help

hi friends i have china i phone z300 .when i plug charger after few second handset show BAD CONTACT CHARGER.. it softwere probelm or hardwere i dont know..plsssss help me.........:confused:

Hardwere ! you can find the orizin chagre, if not found you can make the same : fill 2 line out chagr by DC power, if when machine show "chagre conncet" and you see ampe meter >= 100 : 200 is ok, wait 5- 10 min if nót show "bad chager connection " is ok.
