c701 charge problm

alcatel OT C701 don't charge,connect ok but phone don't charge,no reaction when i put the charger.phone power on ok!
any idea.
or sevice manuel plz

phone still not chargin,sur ic or other compmnt but i don't hae service manuel to see circuit of charge.
