because the website says my serial is ivalid .. so i need them to setup for me .... if I don't have support account, i cannot download anything, even the main program ...

try to register on www.easy-unlocker.net withe the SN of the box, if have any problem send mail to raul@unlockgsm.net with all data of the dongle.
