how to make TP for agglutinate Falshes

how we can make TP without damage agglutinate Flashes Like S500 And K550
Any Advice for that i have tried one S500 which damage the flash from the heat (by head gun )

My Dear Brother Be patient while performing TP... in SE phones.
while removing glue use lower temp and air in hot gun and use solder iron to remove the glue... but be careful these components are very soft.
