My China phone is not detecting networks

The unit works perfectly except for one major problem, it fails to pick up cellphone networks. When I first got it it worked perfectly with the networks but now nothing, all it says that it is searching.:confused:

It has windows mobile 5 (OS 5.1.525, Build 15364.3.4.4). The cpu is ARM926T OMAP730. I have tried the codes in this forum to access the various menus but none have worked thus far.

I have reset and done master clears but nothing has worked thus far. The phone model is an O8 but I am not sure whether it is a CECT. I have contacted the seller but he has not being able to help me,

Any help from the forumites would be appreciated

Would it help to try and flash the phone. I do not know where to start:confused:

i not sure what kind of phone it is either but have you checked under netwrok settings maybe its set for 1900 pcs sorry i am not much help
