try to FULL FLASH AGAIN AND PERFOMR FULL UNLOCK do not FLASH THE PHONE and READ THE NVM BACKUP WHIT THE TOOL LGMDOPEN can ve download in the forum..

Download the NV file from the surpport and just select "write NV" and do it ..............takes about a minute.(phone should be on....not emargency mode).
