Cant update firmware

Brand new box received this morning.

Installed DBSS software with no problems at all. No device conflicts and softwrae runs OK. Green light on box.

PROBLEM

I cannot update the firmware in the box

Everytime I try it just says

--- Updating Box Firmware -----------------------
Connecting to server ...
Error: Server not found
Warning: Cancelled by user.

I've tried on 3 PC's now.

Yes I've read info about firewalls, virus scanners extra. They are ALL turned OFF - 1 PC didn't have anything installed at all (Windows protection turned off to makes sure).

Is server down ???

How to fix ??

Server works ok.
Did you check setting of Internet Explorer? Try to set default settings.

Thanks boss, I just this minute sorted it - it was ISP problems :(

Update worked and running perfectly.
