Hello!
1. Try to reorganize GDFS (phone must be alive) - try to change your phone settings (reset settings/change theme/add-delete contacts in phone book). (if phone alive)
2. Try to flash phone in "DCU60" Access Mode
If W200 has "Invalid GDFS and/or configuration" and firmware flashing or GDFS reorganizing didn't help - nothing can be done.
We know about this problem and working on it.

i used to have this problem with one of w200's i unlocked.if youll check the unit and like in my case the unit is 5 locks closed.what i did was flash it with setool3 or you can use also dreambox to flash it.after flashing you will see that there is no error now.
