Where to buy this?cant find it anywhere except on gsmserver shop but have to pay minimum 80$ to ship a 4$ cable.

And no other tool i have uses 10pinrj45 connector,so cannot modify any cable.

you can use 8 pin rj45 because pin 1 and 10 can be omitted.use pin 2 to 9.

as long the rj45 connector has 8 cables connected to the pins and not missing any,i suppose you could use whatever cable you can find.
