brand new box wont update

hello just got the box today been trying to update it turn off virus program no luck any idea please

To connect to the Internet, DBSS using settings from Internet Explorer. Try to set default settings.

Did you try to set default settings of IE ?

finally!!! default all setting in IE and used IE set on www.dreanbox.hk and it worked thanks for the support
