We need to know more details - which firmware files did you write and so on. Please, send to us (techaid@dreambo.hk) all logs from DBSS. They are in Program Files -> DreamBox *.log files (dbss.log, dbsserr.log, dbss1.log, dbsserr1.log etc).
Don't forget to write your nickname and describe your problem in the letter.
